I found the staff was not as friendly as they used to went to the breakfast on Wed 6th and girl on the comp desk looked like she was not happy to be there there was no welcoming smile or greeting and the same for the service and the buffet in general is poor the service in the casino was just as poor we had get our own drinks as there was very poor bar service and when one did show they passed so quick it was difficult to stop them so a whole the resort needs to improve and i know it luck but the slots were tight other casinos in the area pay out better on the whole it was not as enjoyable as it used there is no bar fridge and no bottle of wine in the rooms anymore which.
We have be coming to this resort for about 3 years and i think the standard is dropping we love the rooms but this time we found it not as warming as used to be we were on the the third floor room 320 and i could nor get to sleep because of the louding roaring noise from the the HVAC UNITS outside on top the casino i called the desk and they arranged to have us changed to another room next day which was fine but you still hear the noise but it was less annoying.
